OMNP Auction Preview: Bonhams Sale 16120 Prints, Los Angeles and San Francisco, 5 November

A small group of prints from familiar sources like Rembrandt and Durer goes up for auction tomorrow at Bonham’s. With the world in election hangover, could a few pieces here fall through the cracks? This may be a good chance to own a staple from the oeuvre of the aforementioned, however OMNP is definitely feeling works like lot 5 by Wencelsaus Hollar. OMNP has never heard of this guy, but the unique composition of this work and its affordable price, make it all the more enticing.
