SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery options will vary based on the item being sold. For prints or other lightweight items, a flat rate for shipping and handling will apply. For larger items, specialized art handling services may be needed and will be specified upon the item’s check out. In such cases, OMNP Arts will contact you to discuss such shipping options with you, before having the item sent out.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

If you are unsatisfied at any time with your purchase, return it to us at no cost to you within a period of 90 (ninety) days from the purchase date. All returns after that period will unfortunately not be accepted.  To return an item, however, you must contact us first, so that we can verify your remittance information, as well as make the proper arrangements for the item’s return. ORDERING

Most orders within the United States take about 6-10 business days to complete. Upon payment approval, you will receive an electronic receipt of your purchase that will be sent to the email address you provide with us. Payments are then processed, which normally clear in about 2-3 business days for purchases billed within the United States. This period is separate from the shipping and packing arranged for your item, which may require an extra 2-3 business days.

International purchases, and purchases that require additional credit card verification may take a little longer for payments to process, usually around 5-6 business days. If you need for this process to be expedited, please call us during the business week at +001 +001 (646)-705-4339.

VIEWING ORDERS

Upon the completion of a purchase, a receipt will be sent to your email for your records. After shipping arrangements are made, and an order is completed, a shipping notice will be sent to your email with a tracking number for your purchase.This process usually take around 3-5 business days.
